Amazing cocktail with tropical and Caribbean personality

Mamasita Whisky Cocktail


  • 1,70 oz (5cl) de whisky
  • Pilé ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated honey
  • 1 teaspoon of piperita mint
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Chilled green tea
  • Soda (optional)
  • Peppermint and mint leaves
  • 1 lemon slice


  • On a short mixing glass, infuse a teaspoon of piperita mint on a basis of whisky.
  • Leave to stand for 2 minutes and, in the mixture, dissolve a teaspoon of granulated honey in the juice of half a lemon.
    Avoid wet tools when manipulating honey.
  • On a carved highball cocktail glass, strain and pour the infused mixture and add pilé ice cubes.
    Add chilled green tea and a splash of soda (optional).
  • Slightly stir from bottom to top and garnish with a lemon slice and mint and peppermint leaves.
