GinTonic Rose

Ingredients

  • 1,70 oz (5cl) Gin
  • 6,75 oz (20cl) Tonic
  • Infuser Rose Jasmine by Té Tonic Experience
  • Ice cubes
  • Rose petals and star anise

Preparation

  • On a short mixing glass, infuse Gin and the Rose Jasmine pyramidal infuser for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, chill the Gin Tonic glass adding some ice cubes.
  • Then, on the chilled glass, pour the infused Gin and add the Tonic. Be careful when pouring it in order not to break bubble.
  • Garnish with a flower of star anise and some rose petals.
