On a short mixing glass, infuse whisky and grated ginger and galanga. Leave stand for 3 minutes and, in the mixture, dissolve a teaspoon of granulated honey in half a lime juice. Avoid wet tools when manipulating honey. On a carved old fashioned cocktail glass, add pilé ice cubes and pour strained mixture.
