Astonishing Te Tonic cocktail with cocoa and coffee… amazing!!!

El Dominicano Whisky Cocktail


  • 1,70 oz (5cl) whisky
  • Pilé ice cubes
  • 1 Espresso coffee
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated honey
  • Grated cassia cinnamon
  • Grated cocoa beans


  • Pour whisky on a shaker and add 2 ice cubes, juice of half a lime, a teaspoon of granulated honey, grated cassia cinnamon and grated cocoa.
    Avoid wet tools when manipulating honey.
  • Shake thoroughly and leave to stand for 2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare a espresso.
  • On a carved old fashioned cocktail glass, pour pilé ice cubes and the strained mixture.
  • For finishing, add the espresso and garnish with a topping of grated cassia cinnamon and cocoa.
    Adding a stick of cassia cinnamon and a cocoa bean (optional) is recommended.
    Do not stir.
