Cala Bassa Vodka Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1,70 oz (5cl) vodka
  • 1,36 oz (4cl) pineapple juice
  • 0,68 oz (2cl) Malibú or Coconut Rum
  • Infusions Nº 54 Peach & Orange and Nº 72 Mojito & Lemon by Te Tonic Experience
  • Cava or champagne (optional)
  • Pilé ice
  • Pineapple and coconut for garnish

Preparation

  • On a short mixing glass, infuse vodka and the infusers Nº 54 Peach & Orange and Nº 72 Mojito & Lemon.
  • Pour in an on the rocks glass.
  • Add pineapple juice and Malibú.
  • Add pilé ice.
  • Finish with a topping of cava or champagne (optional).
  • Garnish with a pineapple and coconut miniskewer.
